STUDIO EXPERIENCE:
Ceramics 1993-present: Experience with firing in oxidation, gas reduction, salt, soda, raku, and wood fire kilns. Experience with coiling, slab,press molds, slip casting and wheel throwing techniques. Experience with clay chemistry of mixing clays, glazes, and slips.
Sculpture: Experience with metal casting in bronze, iron, aluminum including the use
of firing furnaces and burnout kilns. Experience with lost wax sand casting, concrete, plaster, found object,
blacksmithing, woodworking, adobe, and sod sculpture techniques.
